BDS Lift Kit 7in Coilover Lift System (07-15 Toyota Tundra)

BDS Suspension adds to their sterling lineup of high quality suspension lift kits with new 7in DSC coilover systems for the 2007-2018 Toyota Tundra as well as DSC coilover upgrades for current BDS high clearance system equipped trucks. These systems are designed to vastly improve the truckfts offroad performance while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride on pavement. These new coilover systems build on the proven high clearance design of the 4.5in and 7in BDS suspension systems, now offered with FOX 2.5 coilovers with DSC adjustment built in. These new 7in DSC coilover systems integrate flawlessly with the new electronic stability control (ESC) systems and allow enough clearance for up to 37in tires to be installed. The FOX 2.5 coilovers w/ remote DSC reservoir are pretuned for exceptional performance right out of the box reset for 7in of lift for easy installation. They feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8in hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts and FOXfts DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology built into the remote reservoir. DSC allows for easy adjustment of the vehiclefts suspension compression dampening so you can dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the inbluein high speed and ingoldin low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension out on the trail. Along with the FOX 2.5 DSC coilovers, the complete systems include a pair of high strength, one-piece crossmember built from 1/4in steel are supplied along with the heavy duty full width belly skid plate to create an extremely rigid subframe to position the suspension and drivetrain components. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles dwarf the factory units and reposition the steering mount to compensate for the lift. Frame mounted reservoir brackets are supplied along with bump stop extensions, differential relocation brackets, weld-in frame reinforcement plates, longer sway bar links, alignment cam bolts, and heavy duty tie rod ends to round out the front of this kit. In the rear, 4in rear lift blocks and longer u-bolts are used to achieve a level to slightly tail high stance. Brake line extensions and precision tuned FOX 2.0 IFP rear shocks round out the system and giving clearance for 37in tires to be installed.
