Internet Sales

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Come grow with us! We currently have an opening in our Digital dept for an Internet Sales team member. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and understand the importance of customer service. The individual must also be very comfortable learning and using new technologies.

This position is located at our headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta. The ideal candidate must live in or around the Edmonton area and required to work on-site. Job Duties:
  • Manage sales activity generated from our internet sales department
  • Invoice orders and communicate with our shipping department
  • Maintain the follow up process
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both potential and existing customers
  • Increase department performance and productive
  • Respond to email and chat inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great customer service skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Customer focused with a need to answer customer requests
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Respond to client requests online under 3 minutes
  • Ability to follow up daily with clients through multiple mediums
  • Must have minimum 1 yr relevant sales experience
  • Must be available every Saturday and retail hours
  • Knowledge of email, cell phone and basic computer skills
  • Former internet or call centre experience a plus

Shipper/Receiver

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

We currently have an opening in our Edmonton warehouse for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate must be a multi-tasker with high energy and a positive attitude.

Previous warehouse and forklift experience an asset.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate carts and warehouse material handling equipment (pallet jack, order –picker, reach truck, fork lifts) Experience not necessary as we train in house but definitely an asset
  • Work from order sheet to build orders for transport
  • Use courier systems (Loomis Laser, Purolator ESS, ) to create and affix shipping information
  • Exhibit strict attention to detail, maintain order accuracy
  • Perform all assigned duties in safe and productive manner
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed to standard
  • Ensure pallets/loads are built correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness in work area
  • Verify incoming goods and stock shelves in an appropriate sequential manner
  • Pick and stock product in both indoor and outdoor storage facility year round
  • Able to lift/move/handle 50 – 70 LBS + regularly – a good percentage of what we sell are in this range but our products range fully from 1LB to 250LBS per item
  • Basic computer skills – will be trained on in house system
  • SAP experience an asset but not required – new system to be implemented soon
  • Have steel toed / CSA approved safety footwear
  • Wear/Use PPE in all required areas – we provide everything except boots
